Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. In 2012 her year, she received gold in the team competitions along with the floor workouts. In the balance beam she received a bronze. In 2012 she was the first American athlete to achieve the most number of medals at the Olympics. In 2016, the Olympics saw her win gold in the team event, earning her as well as Gabby the honor as the first Americans ever to win consecutive gold medals for a team. Additionally, she was awarded silver medals at the all-around event and floor exercises. Three years had passed since she last competed in competition gymnastics. Additionally, she was among the gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. The gymnastics lessons she began at the age of two and her favorite event is floor workouts. Aly works with her organization, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization to honor and remember her grandmother. In the future, she hopes to build a career out of fashion. She would also like to extend her leotards line and her socks. Fierce will be out later this summer.
